Drafts and service requests
Your unfinished project can be saved in this browser for 24 hours after your last change. It may include your service selections, answers, full addresses and contact details. Start over removes the saved project. If browser storage is unavailable, the form explains whether it can keep a draft only in the current tab or page. Written answers are never put in the URL. Copy brief copies your details only when you choose it. Opening FAQ help does not submit your answers.
When delivery is enabled, submitting a service request sends the reviewed details and a service intake PDF to NetComFIX. If confirmation emails are enabled, a copy of that PDF is sent to your supplied email address. A private receipt download is available in the same browser session for 15 minutes. Live submissions are also saved in a private server outbox with the submitted details, PDF emails and delivery status so failed deliveries can be retried. These records are available only to authorized server operators; retention and deletion are managed by NetComFIX. No CRM lead or portal account is created. Local test submissions do not send email. When local delivery simulation is enabled, generated PDFs and email copies are available through a private browser-session receipt for 15 minutes. Temporary server session data supports form security, rate limits and receipt downloads. Email-provider retention will be confirmed before launch.
Before we talk preparation notes retain their separate, explicit transfer in the current tab. Unimported notes expire for use after 30 minutes. Fixed service choices may appear in page URLs. The web server may record request metadata in access and error logs.
Decisions needed before launch
Confirm the business identity, privacy contact, hosting and email providers, what information will be collected, its purpose, access, retention and deletion arrangements. Describe any applicable visitor rights after those details are reviewed.
Analytics and integrations
No analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embedded services are included in this build. The existing portal is a separate service.
